• Return Window: Most vendors accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery. Items must be in it's original condition, unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Due to the unique nature of these pieces, custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
